Case studies

Paramount, Amsterdam

Change programme management / 300 people and 25,000 sqft

isovist were responsible the programme management of the relocation to a new office for Paramount in Amsterdam. We supported from property selection through to the management of the design and build project, the physical move, and the hand-back of the former location.

We coordinated the work of internal teams, including Paramount technology, security, HR, and global real estate, as well as overseeing the work of external partners including the AV integrator (Aces Direct), design and build contractor (Area Europe), removals (Hulshoff), furniture pod installation (IPJ), and security consultant (Infratech). As part of the move, Paramount took on a part-furnished space, leaving a surplus of furniture at the old office. To maximise the sustainability of the project, we coordinated the re-use and relocation of this surplus furniture to other Paramount offices in London, Paris and Budapest.


Paramount, International

Global programme management of RTO and real estate strategic planning / 6,000 people and 1.5m sqft

isovist have worked with Paramount on the development of workplace standards for ~19 locations internationally. We have led the delivery of change engagement to support the implementation of agile working in locations including London, Amsterdam and Toronto.

We have also worked on the development of a real estate strategic opportunities document and a five year strategy for their international real estate portfolio. In addition we have managed the international return to office programme.
