Prior to setting up isovist, Dan delivered change management to introduce new ways of working in bp’s flagship trading building in Canary Wharf. He also led on the development of change management for various EMEA offices including Germany and South Africa.
Dan stepped in to take-over the change management of a number of very demanding businesses in bp’s move to a new concept environment in Canary Wharf. He had an immediate impact and his professionalism coupled with his unique combination of skills, experience and style quickly won over our project sponsor, leadership team, the project team and end-users. Dan and his team received wide acclaim within the business for the work that they had put into preparing >2000 people for the move to a very different working environment and for many, new ways of working.
