Workplace experience strategy

We can help you define the requirements of your workplace, putting experience front and centre. When we refer to experience, we consider it in the broadest sense – how do you want people to feel, behave, and interact with your workplace. Developing an understanding of concepts like wellbeing and DEIB are critical to map your workplace experience.

We’ll work with your leadership team, and representatives from across the business, to define your workplace vision, understand what works and what could be improved in your current workplace, and develop experience journeys. Using the qualitative and quantitative data we collect, along with our knowledge of best practice, we make recommendations about the amount of space you need, the mix of settings, and how to deliver the experience you want from your workplace.

Change management

Once you have your new space planned, we can help navigate any changes to your way of working, ensuring that your workplace vision is realised. Change management can take many forms, but in most of our projects we start by developing a bespoke change plan which maps the engagement and activities required to move from your starting place to your desired end point.

Engagement might involve a series of workshops, training, communication, and the development of online resources.
